Cala Figuera de Pollensa

North of the island in the middle of Peninsula de Formentor is this little paradise of turquoise waters called Cala Figuera.

Cala Figuera de Pollensa is nestled between high vertical cliffs that hide a small beach in the form of U, an unspoiled sandy cove, pebbles and rocks in a natural environment of great beauty north of the island of Mallorca in the Sierra de Tramontana. A place where there is no kind of services and silence reigns, only the sound of the birds is heard.

To get to Cala Figuera de Pollensa you must go to Faro de Formentor at kilometer 13.5 and find a sign that indicates access to the beach. Once we park the car in the car park at the junction to Cala Murta, we have to go down the path that leads directly to the paradise. Among lush vegetation and forests of pine trees, will appear before us a beautiful beach with crystal clear turquoise waters surrounded by cliffs on which we will want to stay forever.

We must be careful not to confuse the name of Cala Figuera with which it is located south of the island in the municipality of Santanyi.
