For lovers of active tourism, they will find endless activities to practice such as water sports of all kinds, diving, hiking, horseback riding or cycling-tourism.
The Costa Brava is one of the most famous spots in Spain for its gastronomy places, from this place have emerged chefs who are real ambassadors of Spanish cuisine around the world, that have managed to merge modernity and traditional cuisine like nobody else. Some of the most famous recipes are "Suquets" de pescado, escalivada, arroz a la cazuela or la sepia con guisantes among many others. Many people come here just for the pleasure of buying anchovies of L'Escala, or to visit one of the world-famous restaurants like El Celler de Can Roca, the Vicus, the Cantonada, the Restaurant del Castell, or el Compartir where three cooks share a place which has been repeatedly elected the world's best restaurant, El Bulli de Ferran Adrià.

The province of Girona is located north of Catalonia and has 3 airports nearby: Girona-Costa Brava, where there are several bus companies to move to different destinations, the Perpinyan airport in the South of France, and the airport Barcelona, from there we will have to take a train (R1 line) to the seaside town of Blanes, Caldes de Malavella, Flaçà, Girona or Figueres, the closest to our destination and then take a bus or a taxi.
