In a breathtaking natural environment in the western part of the island is Cala Mastella, this bay is protected from storms, and shelters several “llaguts” (traditional boats of the island) that create a beautiful picture postcard. Its rocky bottoms are the perfect place for snorkeling, so do not forget your goggles!
The cove has a good restaurant called Restaurant Cala Mastella, but is better known by the nickname of its owner, “el Bigotes” who has been serving delicious fishermen dishes for 40 years to anyone who comes to the restaurant. They will welcome you like a family member. Their tables are next to the pier and, apart from enjoying a delicious meal of fresh fish, you will breathe in a very relaxed atmosphere and enjoy this idyllic sailor spot. It has a rich menu that costs € 22.- including drinks, and during peak season you must book in advance.
The beach is not well known although in recent years it has become a little more popular and has enabled a parking lot for easy access to visitors.
