Costa Brava towns: Tossa de Mar

So, why? Because Tossa de Mar’s historical centre is formed by narrow streets and white houses and ancient tiles on the floor. Moreover, it has a castle on a mount, which is surrounded by walls. Not enough? Well, here’s some more: Tossa de Mar has amazing beaches, with crystal-clear water. Spoiler:  you may not want to get out of these water, as if you look at the town from inside the sea, you will have a picturesque postcard image.

Cadaqués

Cadaqués is so beautiful that even in China, they have built a replica of it. It is worldwide famous because its former distinguished inhabitant Salvador Dalí, who spent long seasons here. Actually, you can find in Cadaqués the House-Museum of Salvador Dalí. Although this town could only be more beautiful if Dalí, instead of inhabiting it, would have paint it. Wait, or did he?

Calella de Palafrugell

Calella de Palafrugell is the town where we all would have liked to be born. Because it’s visually perfect. Surrounded by green, rocks and crystalline water and formed by white little typical fishermen houses with big porches towards the sea and colourful boats parked on the sand of the beach, it’s without doubt an image we would like to have every day at dawn and every day at sunset before closing our house’s door.
