Located in the municipality of Marbella, sheltering the harbor of Cabopino, we find this marvellous sandy beach protected by the great Artola system at the other end. Artola beach is a family-friendly beach with clear waters and good services. Ideal to enjoy the sun and sea in a comfortable way.
Things change when you move away from the beach and port. Passing through the crowdest area, you will enter a nature reserve called Las Dunas de Artola, declared a Natural Monument in 2001, which holds some amazing dune fences. Undoubtedly, a charming naturist and nudist beach protected by the dunes where there is unusual peace and tranquility to enjoy.
Located 13 km from Marbella, its 1500m of sand have become very popular in recent years between marbellíes and tourists. It also offers many active recreation options like doing pleasant walks to discover its natural riches visiting the Tower of Thieves, a former military and defensive tower that was used to protect the coast from pirate attacks.
How to get Artola beach?
Go to the N-340 (Cádiz highway) taking the detour of Cabopino. Arriving at the second roundabout continue down the hill, until you found the parking.
