Cala Macarelleta is 14km from Ciutadella and is part of the Area Natural de Interés Special on the south coast of Ciutadella. With its wild appearance, it offers a real picture postcard paradise; it is a beach that no one can miss. Absolutely essential.
You will adore its pretty tongue of fine white sand featuring a U shape, bathed by crystal clear turquoise waters that stand out from the green of pine forests that protect it.
It is flanked by vertical cliffs of 30 meters high formed by limestone. It is one of the most appreciated beaches by lovers seeking tranquility remote and wild beaches. Keep in mind that even without being declared as a nudist beach, nudism is a common practice in this beach.
It is common that visitors arrive here attracted by its beauty or escaping from the neighboring beach Cala Macarella.
The beach has no services like the neighboring Cala Macarella, so if you are going to spend the day don’t forget to carry food and drinks. It has lifeguard service.
