Aguadulce Beach is an urban beach bordered by the promenade. Being aneasily accessible beach, and the most famous and central of Roquetas de Mar, its occupancy rate is higher in high season. It is a beach 2500m long and 30m wide with dark sand and calm waters. It is usually very clean and well maintained.
It has good facilities, lifeguard, toilets, disabled access, rent of hammocks and parasols, children’s playgrounds, rental of yachts as it is next to the Yacht Club, there is even a tourist office and of course bars to eat or drink something. Aguadulce Beach is awarded the distincióntemáticaenruptura de barrerasfísicas for people with disabilities.
It is a perfect place to enjoy at any time of the year, due to the excellent climate of the Costa de Almería, in winter you can sunbathe pleasantly in the sand, take a bike ride along the promenade or drink on any of its terraces.
