El Jardín de los Sentidos

Cronistas Viewpoint
Located on the top of the Old Town next to Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo Church, is the best viewpoint of the city and from where you can enjoy the best view of Altea, the vast sea up to the Parque Natural Serra Gelada. Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo
Located on the top of the historical quarter of Altea rise these majestic two towers full of blue tiles visible from anywhere in the city. Undoubtedly, one of the most photographed postcards of the city. This church is a beautiful architectural work of neo-baroque style with contemporary touches built on the foundations of an ancient temple, located in a charming neighborhood of typical Mediterranean narrow and steep cobbled streets full of flowers decorating the white houses.
Mascarat beach
Located behind the marina and within Parque Natural Serra Gelada we find this wonder of nature. You will fall in love with its natural landscape of great beauty, demarcating the Mascarat beach is a large vertical wall of limestone rock that juts into the sea forming one of the wildest and most beautiful corners of Altea. It has a bar, a restaurant and parking. In this area of Altea the seabed is rocky and seagrass meadows proliferate to make crystal clear waters which make it an especially perfect spot for snorkeling and diving.
